Working as a strategic consultant for a prominent higher education entity in the MEA region, serving a large and diverse student population, we helped align its academic offerings with national workforce demands. We collaborated with institutional leadership to conceptualize and implement a transformative strategic program that embedded Professional Certifications and Qualifications into 60 academic programs, empowering over 12,000 graduates with recognized credentials in six critical fields, directly contributing to national capacity-building efforts.
The client faced a growing need to align its academic programs with the evolving demands of the national workforce. Despite offering a broad range of programs, many graduates were entering the job market without industry-recognized certifications, making them less competitive in key sectors.
